Vicky Jones

Managing Director

With experience grounded in Automotive manufacturing and Defence supply chain and project management, Vicky has successfully led the business since 2016. She has an extensive skillset across contract negotiations, project management, financial forecasting, and business strategy and growth.

Continual improvement, learning and personal development is her passion, for the Greeve team and herself, building on skills and knowledge and enabling Greeve to be at the forefront of thinking in many spheres. An experienced leader, Vicky empowers the multi-skilled team and drives profitability, sustainability, and growth.

Tim Last

Lead Engineer

With more than thirty years in the industry, Tim has wide-ranging experience in the design, test and implementation of electronics including; control and monitoring systems, radio and communication networks, portable devices, marine electronics and other harsh environments.

He has a practical approach and enjoys working with customers to identify key design requirements together with international standards of conformity, with the aim of successfully bringing a product to market that exceeds expectation at minimum cost.

Colin Broderick

Lead Systems Engineer

Colin leads our software team; with an MSc in mathematical physics, strongly focused on quantum computation and information theory, his mastery of linear algebra and tensor calculus applies to some of our more complex projects. His systems experience covers embedded systems, sensor fusion, deep learning, cloud services, and a variety of programming languages and architectures.

Colin analyses the suitability of current technologies and the combination of data sources for project development. Through his education and employment, he has extensive experience of complex problem solving, and the use and development of custom software for data analysis.

Shelly Archer

Project Coordinator and Administration

Shelly has a rich background across diverse industries, skilled in quality, customer service, and sales. With a strong foundation in ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards, Shelly has achieved ISO9001:2015 Lead Auditor qualification.

Her focus on efficiency, quality, and environmental sustainability, brings a wealth of expertise to every project she undertakes. Her skills in project management methodologies, including Prince II, equips her with the tools to effectively lead and execute initiatives with precision and excellence.
